This Sunday in Corners Kids
We want every child to walk into Corners Kids ready to engage. Sundays are about more than just showing up. They’re about preparing our hearts and minds to meet with Jesus together. That’s why we encourage kids to come prepared to learn, to sing, and to sign!
What we're learning!

This week, our Corners Kids will continue a four-week series walking through the opening chapters of Joshua. They will be focusing on four key moments that highlight God’s faithfulness and power. This series is intended to help kids understand that obedience matters, courage comes from trusting God, and God is always faithful to do what He says He will do.
SERIES THEME: God wants us to be strong and courageous.
SERIES MEMORY VERSE: "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9
What we're singing!
Each week the playlists below will link directly to the songs our Corners Kids will be singing on Sunday. Playing these at home or in the car helps kids learn the words so they can walk in ready to sing with confidence and joy. :)
Note: Our elementary students sing with the rest of the church in “Big Church” for worship. That’s why their playlist links to the adult worship songs for the week.

What we're signing!

Every series has its own fun set of motions that connect with the theme. But motions aren’t just about moving around. They give kids a way to experience truth with their whole selves. When we use actions, it helps lock the big ideas into both their minds and their bodies so they can carry them throughout the week.
Additionally, we use American Sign Language (ASL) for the core components of our series motions. ASL not only makes our teaching more memorable, it also connects us to a language that communicates across cultures and abilities. By putting actions to words, kids aren’t just memorizing; they’re participating in something bigger than themselves. It gives them a way to express what they believe, to share it with others, and to remember it long after Sunday morning is over.

Don't forget the fun!
At Corners Kids, we value fun just as much as learning. When kids are smiling, laughing, and moving, their hearts are more open to receive God’s truth. The more prepared they are when they walk through the door, the more fun they can have as they learn and grow in their faith.
